converting Contacts to an Address Book

I am trying to broadcast email using our extensive contact
list and I do not have an address book. Is it possible to
convert the contact list to an address book? Or is there
another way to broadcast email with just the Contact list
I have?

Not sure what you mean when you say you dont have an Address Book, when you
go to Tools > address book what happens
