ABC Guide

Our office has experienced a problem is using Powerpoint presentations
created in Powerpoint 2000 on new computers with Powerpoint 2002. Half the
slides are blank, doesn't seem to be a resolution or video memory problem,
the new systems have more video memory. Any suggestions?

This shouldn't be a Ppt 2002 issue, directly.

You might have a new OS now, and that could be at issue, but I'm guessing
that the problem is video drivers. Check the vendor's website for an updated
video driver or BIOS.

If that's not it, what OS do you have now, where are the files located (lan
or local) and what kind of rights do you have on the system.

What John said, and also update your Direct X drivers as well.

If neither of these work, try adjusting your hardware acceleration settings.
