Converting from "Internet email only" to "office network" version

I have a user who wants to access his office Outlook data
via his Laptop.

His Laptop presently has Win2K and Office 2K Premium
installed (locally); this 'internet email only' version
of Outlook is configured for ISP dialup.

What steps should I take to install the OL2K Client which
then allows me to fully connect to our office MS Exchange
Server, and provide him full access to his Calendar/Inbox
account?

(We are also using MS Office 2K Premium on our LAN).
