Converting from OE5.0.3

How hard is it to go to Entourage from OE5.0.3? What are the steps? I can
backup the identity on an different OS 9.2 machine, then install OS X, then
install upgrade for office x pro. Then what?

Go to File/Import/From a program, click Outlook Express, check a;
checkboxes, and it will import quickly.
