Converting individual emails from Outlook into Entourage?

I am using a mac and a windows xp machine. There are some emails on the xp
computer that I would like to bring to the mac. Is there anyway that I can
import individual emails from Outlook into Entourage? If so what is the
process?

If you're talking about a handful of messages, transferring via an IMAP
account would probably be your easiest choice.
