Is there a way to convert items in the Task portion of Outlook over to Entourage?

You can easily export Tasks (and also Calendar, Contacts and Notes) from
Outlook to Entourage with my shareware scripts "Export-Import Entourage X"
from

Read the Installation and Outlook sections of the ReadMe.

If you're referring to Outlook 2001 Mac, you'll need temporary access (just
a few minutes) to a PC with Outlook (2000, XP, 2003).
