copied PST file - emails there but no contacts - HELP!!

I copied my PST file from an old computer, but now can't seem to recover my
contacts list - all the mail is there, but no contacts??

If you need help you will need to provide at least some information.
Be sure to include:
1. Outlook versions
2. How you "copied" your PST
3. How you configured your new installation to use it.
4. How you ensured you were copying the correct PST file.
