I'm trying to copy my address book to my roadrunner email acct. without

Since you can access Road Runner mailboxes using Outlook, you'll need to be
more precise in described just what you want to do. Are you saying that you
want to copy your Contacts to a different mail application? If so, which
one? What version of Outlook?
