Copy all contacts to Safe Recipiants in Junk e-mail options

OL2007 on Vista

I'd like to be able to copy all contacts to the "Safe Recipiants" on block
(not one by one.) in the Junk e-mail options, and have new contacts added to
everybody I send an e-mail to. Is this possible and if so how please.
