Copy all Contacts to Safe Recipiants list.

OL2007 on Vista

I'd like to be able to copy all my contacts to the "Safe Recipiants" in the
Junk e-mail options, and have new contacts added to the Safe Recipiants list
everybody I send an e-mail to. Id like to be able to do this on block Export
/ import
(not one by one.)
Is this possible and if so how please?

Why do you need to? Why don't you just check those two options on the Safe
Recipients dialog?
