copy an event in the calender

Tom Luebbeke

Hi...

How to duplicate an event from my calender and assign it to another
date? Outlook 2003 simply does that by drag and drop (while holding down
the strg-key)... Is there a wqay to do this in Entourage, also? I
haven't been successful, yet.

thx, Tom

You can't, yet. Hopefully (and probably), this is something they'll add in
an update or later version. It's in great demand. In the meantime, try out
my free script "Duplicate Calendar Event X" from

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

which saves you some of the tedium.

One thing that seems to work is to CTRL-Click on the event name and choose
'Duplicate', then drag the duplicate to wherever you want it. It's an
additional couple of steps, though.
