Copy data fom Excel2007 to MSWorks 4.0? It pate as picture now

With Excel 1997 I was able to copy data from Excel file directly to the
Microsoft Works 4.0 using copy and paste. Afte update to 2007 the data are
pased as a picture. How to move data from Excel 2007 to MS Works?
