A long time I didn't tried, but

xcopy sourcePath destinationPath /e


From VBA, try it from a SHELL. In command mode, you can use:
help xcopy
for more details

What Code Can I use to copy Folder

For example
C:\MyFolder

copy to

D:\MyFolder
