Copy Identities to computer running OSX

I cannot copy My Entourage Identity or PALM identity to a new computer while
my laptop is going in for service. I am getting the message ³xxx...Contains
one or more busy items that cannot be changed.. ³ can someone please help. I
am at my wits end!!!

Quit the Microsoft Database daemon that is keeping the entourage database
busy, and whatever Palm¹s daemon is that does a similar role.

Open up Œactivity viewer¹ (in the utilities folder) to find these daemons,
slect them & prsee the Œquit¹ button.
