Copying adress lables from Address Book for use in Word is pretty useful
but there's a field missing surely. Is it possible to get the company
name included here? Seems a pretty obvious omission. Later version
perhaps chaps?
Where are you copying it from? And, for Word, there's no need to copy or
switch programs.
In Word, go to View/Toolbars/Contact. Leave that toolbar open. Whenever you
want to add a contact's name, start typing a few letters of first or last
name in the "Type Contact Name" box. A dropdown menu will appear with the
various contacts fitting that bill, just as in an Entourage To: address
field. Click the one you want; it will appear at the insertion point. Now
click the "Include Address" button over on the right of the toolbar. You'll
get the choice between Home and Work addresses (if both exist). If you click
the Work address, it will include Company (if any).
