I am in the process of finding a replacement for Outlook 2001 for the
Macs on my Exchange enviroment. This leaves me with little choice
except Entourage 2004. I have been testing it for some time now, and
one major problem I have ran into with my users is I cannot find a way
to copy their personal distribution lists to Entourage's address book.
If I try to export them to a PST and import them, the rest of the
contacts show up, but not the lists. If I try to export to a CSV, they
don't even get sent to the csv file.
Being on an exchange server, these distribution lists show up on
Outlook 2001 on the Macs and Outlook 2003 on the PCs so I know they are
on the server itself, however Entourage 2004 cannot seem to see them.
Having my users recreate all of their personal lists works as an
absolute last resort, however I will have many cranky users (and given
the slowness of Entourage compared to Outlook with an Exchange server,
I'll be getting enough of that already). Any ideas would be extremely
appreciated.
