Copying contacts from OUTLOOK 2000 to OUTLOOK 2003

How to copy CONTACTS from OUTLOOK 2000 on one machine to OUTLOOK 2003 on another machine?

Any help will be appreciated

Just copy your Outlook data file and open it or reuse it in the other
installation. Note, do not import or export.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
