copying data during iterations

i have a worksheet with formulas that goes through iterations. righ
now i set the iterations to 3600 to represent a time step of 1 hour.
then have to copy and paste the results and then iterate for anothe
3600 and again copy and paste. i do this for as many hours as i woul
like to run the simulation. is there a way i can have exce
automatically copy and paste the results while it is iterating. thi
way i can just set it to go through the maximum number of iteration
and it will record the values on its own at 1,2,3,etc hours.

the problem seems to be that if i tell it to paste the values after th
iterations reach a certain time, that anytime after that time i
continues to update the values. i just need it to paste the values a
one time and leave it alone.
