Copying Data in a protected Sheet

Hi All,

I have 2 files which are similar. However, one of the file is protected,
with few cells being unlocked.

I need to copy data from the unprotected file to the unlocked cells of
the protected file. If I try to copy the whole sheet, so that all the
data gets copied in the unprotected cells at the same time, it prompts
for a password.

Is there a better way than copying data into individual cells?
