Can anyone help me. I am to takeover distribution of a newsletter. I receive a copy of the newsletter which shows that it has also been sent to all of the members of our club. I need to be able to sent out the newsletter to all of these email addresses also. Is there a way I can get these email addresses from the email into my address book so that I can create a group for mass email outs?

I would recommend creating a group for this particular task. Click on
File>New, Group and ignore the new window for the time being. Next, switch
to your newsletter e-mail and hit the Reply All button. A new mail window
will show up, and all the recipients should be listed in the To field. Click
on that field, then select one contact by clicking the blue dot/contact icon
to the left of their name. Hit Cmd/Apple+A to select them all, then drag
them into the Group window. Give your group a name and save it. Don't forget
to close the new mail window. If you now compose a newsletter message, you
can simply type the group's name into the To field and all the people in
that group will receive the e-mail once it has been sent.

If you still want to store each contact individually in your contact list,
select all the contacts as described above, then ctrl-/right-click the
selection and choose Add to Address Book.
