Copying email addresses

How do I copy email addresses without the copying the names?
Example: I want to copy "Joe Smith (E-mail)" and paste "[email protected]"

Provide enough information. Answer would depend on where you are copying
them from, where you are copying them to, and in what version of Outlook.

Copying them from: the "To:" field in a message
Where I'm copying them to: to an online site to upload my address book
Version of Outlook: Microsoft Outlook 2002

Not an Outlook issue.
In Outlook, you copy the email address by R clicking on it then selecting >
Add to Contacts...
