Copying Entourage X from one computer to another

Read your advice on copying the /Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft
User Data/ folder from one computer to another BUT

I get a message ' cannot complete the transfer because main identity
is in use'

How do I get around this? I have not launched Entourage

Quit all Office applications, including the Microsoft Database Daemon. You

The quickest way to close it is probably by using Activity Monitor/Process
Viewer, but saving a script to close it probably will save time in the long
run.
