Are you running PowerPoint 2003? Is this a Windows XP system or is it
Windows 2000? What is the exact wording of the message?

Having a burner program will not help - do you have a CD Recorder on the
machine?

Also, what OS and PowerPoint version are you using?

You could also use the Package to CD option (assuming you are using
PowerPoint 2003) and choose to package to a folder - copy the contents of
the folder to the root of the CD.

What operating system do you have? If you have XP, then
usually the CD burner is automatically recognised and
there is built in burning software. Location your file in
Windows explorer, then drag and drop the file(s) onto the
CD burner (may this is the d: or e: drive) and then follow
the instructions that are issued. Hope this helps. Karl
