After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message
from clipart help said:
Is clipart copyrighted????

Yes, but you are allowed to use it free of charge in any publication
provided that:
a) You own a copy of Office, Works, PictureIt!, or other product that
includes the ClipArt
b) The publication is not merely a catalogue of ClipArt
c) The ClipArt is not being used as part of a logo.

I think that's about it.
