correct .vcf extention address?

Nokia Contact Editor from phone hijacked my .vcf extention from Outlook. I
cannot find the correct .exe to redirect back to. The app .exe purely reopens
Outlook. I need an outlook contact editor .exe.

BTW, to clarify with some useful info about the question app is Office 2000,
and no restore option on the folder options for .vcf... thanks

Here's the command line you need:
"C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /v "%1"
