Hi!!!

I have a big trouble, because my send items folder have a few e-mail's that make it crash, 20 e-mail's maybe because I don't see anything is blank but if I select one this activate, I tray to rebuild my data base whit Microsoft Database Utility, but crash, send an error in final step and don't finishes the work, i tray to deleted one by one but don't work, I'm very frustrated because i all ready run drive ten on my MacBook Pro and verify my disk and permissions and everything is ok, what else do i have to do???

I hope you have the answer, I'm thinking deleted all as final solution.

Even if you can make them delete, this might not solve your database
corruption. I would move into a new Identity. You would need to take special
care with the Sent messages to get the good ones over and not take any
corruption with you.

How to manually move your data. (when import fails and/or you need to move
to a new Identity same version or revert to an older version)

Diane's solution should work, but before I tried it I would try the
following, assuming you know which messages are causing the crashes:
1. Turn off the Preview Pane (View>Preview Pane>None)
2. Select the Sent Items folder.
3. Select each of the offending items in the Sent Items folder and delete
it.
4. Quit Entourage and rebuild the database.

I think there's a good chance this will work; if it doesn't you can still
follow Diane's instructions.
