corrupt text in email from only one sender

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop get scrambled text in every email from one and only sender. my secretary gets copys of the same emails and they read correctly. What could it be and how do i get rid of it. Thanks in advance. JP

What do you mean by Scrambled??

I can imagine two things: either an encoding issue (and you can select
a different encoding to display the message), or the message is
encrypted.
Can you tell whether it's either of the two?
