"Could not load an object because it is not available on this machine"

I installed a home-brewed bundle of add-ons from my company and now
have the following error upon the launch of Powerpoint 2003 (with SP1)

Window pops up saying "Microsoft Forms"
Error says "Could not load an object because it is not available on
this machine"

Most of the home-brewed bundle of add-ons work - there are a few new
toolbard buttons with special capabilities behind them. Maybe there are
a few edits this made to the registry or somewhere that did not link
properly?

Where is the master list of objects or Forms that Powerpoint is
accessing? How do I tinker with that...?

I suspect you are missing a needed OCX control or DLL. Ask your admin
about it.

I'm admittedly installing under adverse circumstances. I have installed
the add-on to my home version of powerpoint, and I'm no longer at the
company (and they have even stopped supporting the add-on formally!).
But I love the add-on.

Is there non-compiled code/registry-type stuff I can comb through to
search for the names of the add-on files I installed/clicked on? I have
the registry commands that I installed. I could go searching for them
and try to cut them out of wherever they appear....if that will stop
this pop up.

Can you advise how to look for the reference to this missing OCX or
DLL? Or is it hidden in some compiled code that I cannot acces...?
