I have Outlook 2002 and received this error message.
Microsoft has a knowledge base article on it #299030 that
says to remove the personal folders backup utility and
download the backup add-in from
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/pfbackup.aspx
However, there is no download with that address, but I did
find one at the general download center for outlooks 2003
and earlier, so I downloaded that one and the install said
successfull.
I still get the same error message
Any ideas what to do next?
