Could not open that feature. Mail error.

Hi. I cannot currently open Calendar section of entourage. When I
try to do so. I get the message in a box: 'Could not open that
feature. Mail error.' There is also some sort of bug affecting the
columns setting for my 'mail' and 'address' book sections. Entourage
keeps forgetting the settings, and I have to re-set them. I am using
Entrourage X, Service Release 1. Please help. Jon Sayers.

If you haven't already, download and install the latest Office X updates,
which are 10.1.2, 10.1.4, and 10.1.5 (10.1.3 is unnecessary). They¹re
available from Microsoft.

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go to Entourage -> Turn
Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild. If that does not fix the problem, repeat the
procedure, instead opting to do the Advanced Rebuild.

That's a really old version of Entourage X. You need to update. For updates
see:

Because of your problem, I would use "Remove Office" then apply updates.
This will remove MS preferences in your ~/Library, but it will not remove
your data. For more info on "Remove Office" see:
