I have just had some alerts come up on my machine that say "Could not
synchronize record: Marketing Future to Exchange server: Emails"

Now I'm guessing 'Marketing Future' is the subject of an email, however
I haven't received this email.
Any idea what this means?

Any help would be great, thanks.

You can try to see on the server whether you can see this mesage. It
might be corrupted and the server fails to send it to you in Entourage.
