Count down clock for breaks

I have seen a countdown screen on some PP presentations that displays a
count down (in seconds) if you have a long presentation. You can use this to
let your audience when to arrive back for the presentation. I did a Google
search and found a PP that has 10 slides that are timed in one-second
intervals. This would work, but if you have a break that is 10 minutes long
it would call for 600 slides. Is there a simpler way to show a countdown
during a 10 minute break?
