Count from Multiple Columns

Hello, is is possible to count how many times words are
in column A and column B combined? An example would be:

Column A Column B

Hats Sweaters
Hats Shirts
Jackets Sweaters
Pants Pants
Hats Sweaters
Hats Pants

I would like a count of how many Hats and Sweaters
combination only is displayed. Make Sense?

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A6="Hats")*(B1:B6="Sweaters")).

Adjust cell references as necessary.
