Count number of cars based upon model year and make

I have a spreadsheet of all of our customers (automotive industry). I'
like to create a formula to create a table listing the number o
customers per make, per model year. In other words.... How many 200
Chevrolets did we work on? How many 2004 Chevrolets? How many 200
Mazdas? etc.

I have the table set up with the years along the top row and the make
along the first column.
