Hi!

You're just missing a pair of ():

=SUMPRODUCT((B2:B1998=D2)*(A2:A1998=E1))

You can also re-write that formula as below which is more
efficent:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($B$2:$B$1998=$D2),--($A$2:$A$1998=E$1))

Now, you can just copy across then down.
