Count with two conditions

I have hit a wall and need some help to get this formula working.

I need to count how many times "High" returns but I need to validate i
against the Type = "Medical"

I have worked out a countif

=COUNTIF(H7:H15,"High")

However I need to count how many times "High" appears with "Medical" i
the coloum beside it

I just came back to say that I had figured it out with sumproduct!
