COUNTIF

I have two column of data as follows:



Column A Column B

IND NE
DEN KC
SEA NO
CIN NYJ
NO SEA
CLE DEN

I need to count the number of matches between the two columns. For
instance, in the above scenario the formula would return the value of 2
since NO and DEN appear in both columns.

I hope this makes sense.
