counting in one column when two expressions in two other columns are true

Hi Group

I am trying to count in one column when two other columns are true

example:

a b c
1 D E F
2 G H I
3 D J F

I want to count colulm 'c' when 'a' is 'D' and 'c' is 'F' = 2

Can anyone help?

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A3="D"),--(C1:C3="F"))
