Country & Region Settings In Outlook

Aarjay777

When creating a new contact the region defaults to the US. I have checked my
regional settings on the machine and everything is set correctly.

Can someone please tell me how to change the setting on Microsoft Outlook

You might want to specify what versions of what programs you are using
and which country you would like to have set as your default. Then
we'll have a better idea of what you are dealing with and how we might
help you solve your problem.

Sorry.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 and XP Home.

I didnt have this problem using the exact same OS and Software on 2 previous
machines, and I therefore cannot establish what is different on my settings
this time.

Well, you still didn't explain what the language problem is that
you're having. So all I can suggest is that you go into the Control
Panel and check the Regional settings.

Good luck.

Are you drunk????

I stated on my first post that my problem was
"When creating a new contact the region defaults to the US"

That is the United States in case you didnt know.

I found the tone of your response extremely sarcastic.

I have already checked the Regional Settings and they are set to the UK
which is my requirement.

Can you please assist?

You know, you are an idiot. Read the entire thread and then point out
where, except for your last rude response, you stated your requirement was
for UK English.

I guess rudeness and idiocy are universal - you certainly have proved it is
alive and well-fed in the UK.

Miaowwwww.

If you want to know who's the idiot have a look in the mirror.

My question asked about the settings defaulting to the US. It doesnt matter
where I live as this doesnt impact on the how to change the settings.

I think it was your colleague who struck the first blow with the rudeness
not I.

Now can we please put our differences in opinion to one side and close this
thread or would you like to take another pop at UK citizens.
