Hi. I recently received a 1 MB file containing pictures of my 8 month old
neice.
Entourage has accepted it but when I try to open the file Entourage crashes.
I'm running 10.3.2 OSX 400 G3 with 192 mb. Can anyone help me? I tried
deleting the attachment but it crashes before I can delete. Thank you

It is possibly an early sign of mild database corruption.

Hold down the option key when starting Entourage and take the first option
('typical rebuild'). If this doesn¹t resolve the problems, then try an
ŒAdvanced Rebuild¹.

Alternatively, turn off the preview pane, select the message and chose 'save
attachments' from the message window. If the attachemnt is saved, and can be
opened from the finder, then delete the message.
