Crash of entourage

My Entourage chrash frequently (1-2x/day). i cannot recognize any system.

what is the importance of my report which i send to microsoft and apple.

Have you tried rebuilding your identity by pressing the Option key down
as you launch the app?

It makes them aware of the problem and they can then work on it.

Can you describe what kind of state the application is in when it crashes? Any information about the condition of your identity or the application runtime would be helpful.
