Crashes when view html emails

Entourage seems to crash when I view html emails, Does anyone know how to
resolve this?

Download and install the latest Office X update, which is 10.1.6. It's
available from Microsoft.

Drag Macintosh HD/Users/<Your
User>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.internetconfig.plist to the Desktop.
Re-launch Entourage and see if it crashes. If it still crashes, move the
Internet Preferences files back. If it does not crash, you can trash the
Internet Preferences files.

If that doesn't help, try repairing permissions.
For OS 10.2/10.3:
Go to Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities. Open up Disk Utility. Select
your hard disk, then click the First Aid tab. Click the button to "Repair
Disk Permissions".

If that doesn't help, run Disk First Aid. Instructions on how to run it in
OS X are located on the Apple Knowledge Base.
