Crashing on opening preferences

I re-installed OSX 10.4.7, and Entourage email was no longer showing up
in Spotlight. I try to open preference to enable this and boom, it
crashes Entourage just after the preferences window opens.

I deleted the ~pref/entourge.plst file, and watched a new one get built
when Entourage opened, but the same thing happens.

I've also run Disk Utility, but that had no impact.

Suggestions?

Have you tried rebuilding your database ??

No change, it still crashes on opening preferences. I had to reload
the whole cache, which is still in process.

I had previously installed 11.2.5, but re-installing it resolved the
issue. Thank you.
