Crashing

Help! My copy of Entourage has suddenly begun quitting when I try to
open certain messages, but NOT others. I think the problem is HTML
related, as when I turned off "Display Complex HTML" option in Mail
Preferences the problem messages will open OK. Using Mac OS X 10.3.4

Any ideas?

Drag /Users/<Your User>/Library/Preferences/com.apple.internetconfig.plist
to the Desktop. Re-launch Entourage and see if it crashes. If it still
does, move the Internet Preferences file back. If it does not, you can
trash the Internet Preferences files. Note that in that case some of your
internet preferences will be lost.

Try repairing permissions.
For OS 10.2/10.3:
Go to Macintosh HD/Applications/Utilities. Open up Disk Utility. Select
your hard disk, then click the First Aid tab. Click the button to "Repair
Disk Permissions".
