Create a custom Action for Contacts in Outlook 2003

Hello all,

I'm searching a way to create a custom action for my contacts in Outlook
2003. I have the mobile phone number stored in each contact and I want to
create a new action "New SMS to Contact". The action should open a new
message where the TO address field will be
[email protected].
