create a new database in Entourage 2004

I am trying to create a new inbox/database for incoming mail in
entourage for 2009, but I don't know how to set it up. I have looked
in the entourage help files, but I can't find anything--I only see
switch user. It is possible to do this? I know I can in Outlook, but
haven't been able to do anything with entourage as of yet.

HELP!

A new inbox and a new database are two very different things.
You can add accounts through Tools:Accounts.
You can create a new identity altogether (with multiple accounts inside)
through Entourage>Switch Identity.

It's unclear what you are trying to do. Do you want to archive your Identity
and start with a clean slate for 09?
