create a report (with specific layout)

Using Access 2000

I have a form (scanned and posted at
http://home.new.rr.com/nelliott/access_problem.htm )

I wonder if there is anyway I can create a access report with this data. All
the Pay columns and job title and job will remain the same indefinitely. I
would need to be able to the name and room from tblOPENinformation.

I really don't know how to go about creating the form, any ideas would be
greatly appreciated.

It looks like you have a main report with several subreports. Consider
creating a report for each of the sections and then later combining them.
Keep in mind that subreports don't display PAGE headers and footers.
