Create a rule to save atachments

I receive daily daily emails from my sales reps and i
would like to create a unique rule for them.

i would like for the rule to scan emails from certain
users and if they contain an atachment to have the
atachment only saved to a folder on my hard drive. For
example i will get an email from Tom with the word
atachment "report" when outlook sees the atachment called
report it will copy the word file "report" to a folder in
my documents titled "tom's report"

additionally since everyday the atachment will be called
report i would like the file to automatically be remaned
to "tom's report" with a time stamp in the name (tom's
report 07/01/2004 3:54pm) so that each days report will
be unique and indentifiable.
