Create a worksheet that tabs from cell B9 directly to B12

I am trying to create a worksheet for budgeting expenses. I will have set
itemizations that will have dollar amounts input. how can I create the
worksheet so that once you enter in the dollar amount for say income and
using tab moves to the cell to enter the dollar amount for expenses? Novice
excel user here!
