Create an email rule...?

Hi,
I am a PC guy, but I have a client who is on a Mac. In Outlook Express,
it is very easy to create an email rule that automatically forwards all
emails to a 2nd account so that there is both a copy on the local machine,
and a copy in the 2nd account.

I'm hoping some kind soul out there can explain how that rule can be created
in Entourage. My client is very technically challenged, so the clearer and
simpler the better. Thanks in advance...!

From the tools menu, select rules.

Select the pane applicable to the type of account (POP, IMAP, Hotmail,
Exchange, etc)

Click the 'new' button

In the selection box, set the pop up menu to 'all messages'

In the action box, select 'forward to' and then type the address in the text
entry box that appears.

It's as easy as that.

If you select "redirect to" instead of "forward to" then the message will
arrive at the second address looking like it came from the original sender,
rather than from you. That's handy because you can see right away who sent
it, and do whatever sorting and filing by sender you might like to do on the
second machine.
